October 24 – $30 | November 21 – $50 | December 19 – $50.
Tables are limited, so be sure to reserve yours early! Choose Table if you need one provided or Spot if you’re bringing your own.

Vendor Rules:
No fake, counterfeit, or bootleg products are allowed. This includes fake Pokémon cards, fake trading cards, fake games, fake collectibles, or any product being represented as authentic when it is not.
Vendors are responsible for the items they sell and any issues with customers. Please price, describe, and represent your products honestly.
Tables and spots must stay where they are placed. Vendors are not allowed to move tables, move spots, or rearrange the event layout without approval from event staff.
If you want to vend next to a friend, you will need to purchase an additional spot for them. We will do our best to keep groups together when possible, but we cannot guarantee that you will be placed next to a specific person, friend, or vendor.
Table spots are non-refundable. Once purchased, table spots cannot be refunded, transferred, or moved to a future date. No table swaps or date changes will be allowed.
By purchasing a vendor spot, you agree to follow these rules and help keep the event clean, safe, and fun for everyone.
