Tables are provided by Rare Swap and located in the Center/Right Wing, our premium vendor area with generally stronger customer traffic and visibility.
Spots are located in the Left Wing and require you to bring your own table.
Please understand that the Left Wing currently receives less foot traffic than the premium Center/Right Wing area. Spots are priced lower because of the location and because a table is not provided. We are actively working to increase traffic in this area, but traffic levels cannot be guaranteed.
No fake, counterfeit, bootleg, or misrepresented products are allowed.
Vendors are responsible for the products they sell and any customer issues related to those sales.
Tables and spots must remain in their assigned locations unless approved by event staff.
If you want an additional vendor beside you, an additional table or spot must be purchased. We will try to keep requested groups together, but placement next to a specific vendor is not guaranteed.
All vendor purchases are final and non-refundable. Tables and spots cannot be transferred, exchanged, moved to another event date, or swapped after purchase.
By purchasing, you confirm that you understand the difference between a Table and a Spot, accept the assigned area and traffic expectations, and agree to follow all vendor rules.
