This purchase secures your vendor table for the selected event date at Ontario Center Mall.
• Tables include one 8ft table
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup and display
• Setup time and full event details will be sent prior to the event
Vendor space is limited and sold on a first come, first served basis.
Placement:
Placement is organized to keep the event flowing smoothly. Purchasing a table does NOT guarantee placement next to another vendor.
If you plan to vend with a friend or group, all tables must be purchased under the same name and order so we can place you together. If purchases are made separately, we cannot guarantee placement next to each other.
Terms & Conditions:
By completing your purchase, you agree to all event terms listed in this description.
Rare Swap Meet reserves the right to approve or deny vendors at its discretion.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and cleanup. This includes keeping your area clean during the event and removing all items and trash at the end. Vendors may also be asked to assist with basic table setup and teardown as needed.
Vendors are responsible for their own items and transactions. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
The sale of counterfeit trading cards is strictly prohibited. Vendors may not knowingly sell fake trading cards or have others sell them on their behalf. The sale of illegal or banned items in the United States is also not permitted.
Event details, layout, and placement are subject to change as needed to ensure the best experience for all vendors and attendees.
Failure to follow event guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
